Itinerary:
Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City arrival
Welcome to Ho Chi Minh city, the most dynamic and modern city of Vietnam. You will be picked up at Tan Son Nhat airport and relax at the hotel before having your first Vietnamese dinner and enjoy a traditional Water Puppetry show.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City/My Tho/Ben Tre/Vinh Long (B, L, D, G)
Discover the beauty of rural area. There are many interesting activities waiting for you. You will cruise on the Mekong river, visit fruit gardens, orchards, have some samples of the fruit, a factory manufacturing dried longan, see local people breeding bees, watch traditional music show. At night, you will stay at a family house in Vinh Long to have more experience about rural lifestyle.

Day 3: Vinh Long/Tra Vinh
Get on your bicycle for sightseeing, then visit a traditional family-run brick kiln and attend a workshop making the huge coffins unique to the Mekong. After that you will travel to Tra Vinh.

Day 4: Tra Vinh/Can Tho
Discover Khmer culture with the attractive Ong Met Pagoda and the informative Khmer Minority People’s Museum. Enjoy rural scenery with Mekong villages doing their daily life on your long drive to Can Tho.

Day 5: Can Tho/Chau Doc
Travel on a boat cruise to Cai Rang floating market, which is very exotic and stimulating with interesting insights to the rural lifestyle. Then you will climb to the summit of Sam Mountain in Chau Doc to see the magnificent views of Mekong and Cambodian border.

Day 6: Chau Doc
Visit floating houses, Cham ethnic minority villages and a mosque to understand more about lifestyle of people. Then you will come to an interesting place – “Bone Pagoda” which houses a collection of skulls of Vietnamese people died in the war with the Khmer Rouge during 1975 and 1978.

Day 7: Chau Doc/Ho Chi Minh City
See the rivers, fields and rural scenery for the last time on your drive back to Ho Chi Minh City. Welcome back to the modern, crowded and busy Ho Chi Minh City. You can spend your time to relax in the hotel or go out to explore this lovely city on your own.

Day 8: Ho Chi Minh City Departure
It’s time to go home. You will have free time on your own until your private car takes you to the airport for your international departure flight. We hope you had many good memories about Vietnam.
