Nha Trang Orientation 1 Day
After breakfast, your guide will take you to the harbour for your boat trip on Cai River. On the way, you’ll call in at a traditional ship yard and a local village to see how the clay stoves are made by hands traditionally. You’ll also visit an ancient house with 4 generations living together and a local market to understand the rural culture and lifestyle of Vietnamese, as well as enjoying tasty fruit in an orchard and wandering on the beautiful rice field. Your lunch will be served at a peaceful restaurant on the riverbank
In the afternoon, you’ll return to Nha Trang city centre to visit Po Nagar Cham Temple, the best preserved Cham ruins in Vietnam. The Temple complex was built between 7th and 12th century with slabs of stone which tell stories from Cham history and spiritual beliefs and is still actively used as a place of worship. Your next destination will be Long Son pagoda, one of the top spiritual attraction with a huge statue of Buddha, and Dam market where you can buy Nha Trang’s specialities. Finally you’ll visit the Summer Villa of Bao Dai Emperor, the last king of Vietnam before returning to your hotel for your overnight accommodation.
