Cooking class in Ho Chi Minh City/ Music performance
In the morning, you’ll stop by a local market where you’ll be introduced about Vietnam culinary culture, fresh ingredients and fruits before joining a cooking class in Vietnam Cookery Centre. Your chef will demonstrate how make several Vietnamese dishes, from starter to main course and desert so that you can learn to cook them yourself. Your lunch will be the food you made, and you’ll be awarded of certificates of competence after the class.
In the afternoon, you’ll visit Truc Mai House, the home of Mrs Tuyet Mai and Mr. Dinh Linh, two recognized experts of traditional music who performed in many countries around the world. You will be able to appreciate simple yet unique Vietnamese instruments through the artists’ performances and have a chance play the traditional instruments yourself under the hosts’ guidance. You’ll spend the night in Ho Chi Minh City.
