Vang Vieng Soft Walking and boating to visit the Cave
This morning we visit the Tham Jang (Freezing Cave), the biggest cave in of Vang Vieng which offers stunning views of over the Nam Song River and surrounding karst scenery. Then we take a local long-tail boat on the Nam Song River for about one hour to visit the Organic Farm known for its sericulture as well as mulberry tea and wine production. Enjoy tasting! Later, we continue to visit the famous caves around Vang Vieng which include Tham Xang, (Elephant Cave) lies on the opposite banks of the Nam Song. It is an important Buddhist temple and owes its name to a remarkable limestone formation. The nearby Tham Hoi cave (Snail cave) winds its way deep into the mountain. One hour of exploration through numerous corridors end at a crystal clear spring Tham Hoy, and the next beautiful cave Tham Loup (Deep cave), this cave is known for its many stalagmites and stalactites. We return to Vang Vieng and free at leisure in the afternoon.
