In addition, you can also go from Vietnam to Cambodia by bus. There is no passenger train connection between these two countries.
There are direct daily buses from Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) to Siem Reap (Cambodia) or Phnom Penh (Cambodia) with journey times of 9 hours and fares from $30.
Another option to travel between Vietnam and Cambodia is by air. Cambodia Angkor Air, Lanmei Airlines and Vietnam Airlines operate direct flights from Phnom Penh/Siem Reap to Ho Chi Minh City/Hanoi.
