Fish amok is prepared by cooking fish moose with coconut curry in banana leaves.

Lok Lak

Nom Pao (Steamed pork bun)
Nom Pao is stuffed generously with soft pork meat, egg and especially flavored with black pepper and cooked in a steamer.
Be sure to enjoy the bun when it’s still hot, otherwise the bun will be harder and lose its original excellent smell and taste.
This dish may remind you of the Chinese dumplings, however, Nom Pao is not as light and fluffy as those dumplings.
