Banh Beo are usually placed in small cups with rice flour, tapioca flour, dried pigskin, ground shrimp, mung bean paste, crispy fried shallots, fish sauce, rice vinegar, and oil above.
The sauce mixes with fish sauce, sugar, garlic, chili and shrimp which create the great tasting dish.
