The Prince’s Castle

Situated atop Ong Hoang Hill, visitors to Prince’s castle (named after French Duke De Montpensier who built his imperial estate here in the early 20th century) are treated well.

Panoramic views of the surrounding countryside are offered, as well as the decaying remnants of the ‘prince’s’ originally 536 square meter estate. Due to lack of restoration efforts, all that remains is the original watchtower, as well as its stone foundations and a few military bunkers. Regardless, the spectacular views, as well as historical insight are worth the trip.
