Forget the busy life and enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside: listening to bird singing in the early morning, have a sip of coffee while watching sunrise from the mountain behind the immense paddy field and refreshing breezes blowing around. After breakfast, you’ll take a horse carriage and go through the paddy fields to a village and visit local communities to understand more about local life, culture and farm work. You’ll also stopover at a rice paper maker and a local market to shop for ingredients before a cooking lesson to make local specialities. After lunch, you’ll return to Nha Trang where you’ll spend the night.
