With a background in Tourism and Social Science, and years of experience as a tour guide, team leader, and sales manager, Vinh deeply understands what travelers truly value—authentic experiences, attention to detail, and promises delivered.

As both founder and lead travel consultant, Vinh personally oversees tour design and client care. He is known for his honest, no-nonsense approach, his ability to quickly understand what clients want, and his commitment to making it happen. He believes that great marketing is simply delivering exactly what you promise—and doing it with integrity.

Vinh works closely with trusted local partners and carefully selected suppliers to ensure every AOJ trip is crafted with care and originality. He also leads internal training, helping the team stay focused on what matters most: enhancing the client experience through personal connection, responsiveness, and professionalism.

Outside of work, Vinh enjoys music, reading, and staying active through running and basketball—simple passions that help recharge his creative energy and keep his mind sharp.

Working closely with Vinh, I help shape our business strategy and oversee all aspects of client care, team coordination, and travel logistics. These elements go hand in hand and, together, form the foundation of our approach to meaningful, referral-based growth.

With a background in Commercial Law and a professional qualification from the Academy of Tourism, I bring both structure and passion to my role. I manage all operational aspects of our journeys while also leading our team—ensuring that each member is supported, motivated, and empowered to contribute to our shared success.

I also handle AOJ’s visual identity and creative materials, drawing on my skills in graphic design to ensure our brand reflects the care and quality we deliver on every trip.

My ambition is to continue building a young, dynamic, and enthusiastic team that takes pride in their work and finds joy in creating unforgettable travel experiences. Every team member matters—and I believe a happy team is the key to happy clients.

Outside the office, I love to travel, explore new cultures, and try different cuisines. Cooking at home is my way of bringing a little bit of the world back with me! I also enjoy playing the guitar and ukulele, and spending time with good friends whenever I can.

Stuart brings over two decades of expertise in enterprise development and leadership coaching to Ancient Orient Journeys (AOJ). With an MBA and a strong background in both education and management, he has worked at senior levels across the public and private sectors, helping organizations unlock growth, define purpose, and deliver meaningful value to their clients.

As AOJ’s Strategic Business Advisor, Stuart plays a pivotal role in aligning our business direction with evolving client expectations. He brings a customer-first mindset to every strategic discussion—helping our travel consultants and sales team better understand customer psychology, decision-making behavior, and what truly drives satisfaction in premium travel experiences.

His insights help shape personalized service standards, refine the customer journey, and strengthen our brand promise: offering thoughtful, high-quality, tailor-made journeys across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

Stuart is also the author of several books on leadership and management. His upcoming publication, “Trailblazers – Learning from the Best” (due late 2025), features AOJ as a case study in entrepreneurial spirit and excellence in service. As one of AOJ’s lead tour leaders, Khuong Nguyen plays a critical role in ensuring that each journey is delivered exactly as promised in the itinerary. Known for his dedication, precision, and warm personality, Khuong is deeply committed to creating seamless and memorable experiences for every traveler.

Graduated from Hanoi University of Culture with a degree in Tourism, Khuong possesses a deep understanding of Vietnam’s rich cultural and historical heritage. His storytelling ability, combined with professional tour leadership skills, allows him to bring destinations to life in an engaging and meaningful way.
