Day 1: Hanoi/Ha Long Bay
At 8:00 you leave Hanoi for Ha Long Bay, famously known for its emerald waters and thousands of towering limestone islands topped by rainforests and spectacular seascape of limestone pillars. Your first stop on arrival at Tuan Chau Island is the Paradise Suites Hotel check-in lounge. You will have time to refresh yourself after the long drive from Hanoi. After your transfer to Paradise Luxury, you will be checked-in, then taken to the restaurant, where you will be briefed about your cruise while enjoying your welcome drink. As the Paradise Luxury makes its way to Halong Bay, you will have time to savor your delicious lunch while enjoying the stunning views – your first introduction to this majestic landscape.
After lunch, you will have time to be enchanted by the stunning landscape of Halong Bay. If the first stop isn’t for you, you can opt for an afternoon of pampering and indulgence at Le Parfum Spa. Your first stop after lunch is the magnificent Sung Sot Cave, where you will be surprised by the breathtaking panoramic view across the Bay once you exit the cave. This is the largest cave in Halong Bay, and the stalactites and stalagmites formed over millions of years have taken on fascinating shapes. Alternatively, stay on board and sample the selection of delicacies available at afternoon tea in the restaurant. Paradise Luxury will anchor overnight at Coconut Tree Island. This is the perfect time for you to enjoy a cocktail or two as the sun sets over the karst landscape. Foodies can partake in Vietnamese cooking demonstration before dinner, and guaranteed to whet the appetite.
Dress like kings and queens for the Royal Bao Dai dinner at the restaurant. The rest of the evening is free for you to relax with a drink* or two, go squid fishing, book in for a spa treatment at Le Parfum Spa* or watch a movie in the restaurant.
Day 2: Panoramic Ha Long Bay
Welcome your second day on board Paradise Luxury with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck as the sun rises, followed by a light breakfast in the restaurant. Continental breakfast will be served in the restaurant. Don’t forget to bring along all your necessary items, like cameras and sunscreen to make sure you experience the best of Halong Bay on your excursions. Hike to the top of Titov Island for stunning panoramic views of the Bay. After your hike, go for a refreshing swim in Halong Bay’s emerald waters, or sip from a coconut in the shade. If you choose to stay on board, book in for a pamper session in the Le Parfum Spa.
After visiting the must-see Titov Island, your next stop will be Tung Sau Pearl Farm, where you can observe the process of pearl cultivation. You will see oyster hatcheries and oysters being implanted by skilled locals. You can even purchase beautiful jewellery as a wonderful moment of your trip to Halong Bay. After your morning island and farm visits, re-energise yourself with a fresh and delicious lunch on the boat. The largest of five remaining floating fishing villages in the Bay, you will visit Cua Van Floating Village by bamboo boats rowed by locals, or you can opt to kayak. Wave to friendly locals as they go about their daily lives, which have remained largely unchanged for centuries. Return to Paradise Luxury.
Paradise Luxury will anchor overnight at Coconut Tree Island. This is the perfect time for you to enjoy a cocktail or two as the sun sets over the karst landscape. Foodies can partake in Vietnamese cooking demonstration before dinner, and try a pre-dinner cocktail* or two. Savour your last dinner time in the restaurant, choose to dine in your cabin or the sundeck - it’s up to you. If you haven’t tried squid fishing, this is your last chance. Or you may just want to wind down with a movie in the restaurant.
Day 3: Ha Long Bay/Hanoi
You can see in your last day with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck, followed by a light breakfast, coffee and pastries. Book in for that final relaxing a spa treatment at Le Parfum Spa or simply relax onboard. Restore your energy and prepare for the day ahead with a fresh and healthy breakfast in the restaurant. After disembarking from Paradise Luxury, and for guests booked on the Paradise shuttle bus, you will be served a light lunch at Paradise Suites Hotel before the drive back to Hanoi.
